Kevin Carroll is a Clinical Neuropsychologist within the Northern California Health Care System, specializing in helping patients recover from complex neurological injuries. Dr. Carroll completed both his internship and residency at VA facilities, completing his dissertation on amnesia at VA Boston Health Care. After receiving funding support from VISN 21 and their Innovator Awards in 2021 and 2023, Dr. Caroll completed a virtual rehabilitation game. The game uses a 3D depth camera to integrate patients into a custom-made video game for rehabilitation.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, Dr. Carroll will be identifying therapists and Veteran patients to test and improve the existing product, with a goal to be used in acute, outpatient, and home settings moving forward.
