SimVET and VA Ventures, under the Office of Healthcare Innovation and Learning (OHIL), are exploring the role robotic systems can play in VA health care. Edmond Scientific is leading the requirements gathering to identify the best solutions and applications of autonomous systems and robots to support areas such as:

  • Home health monitoring and compliance.

  • Hospital distribution and delivery.

  • Social interaction.

  • Rehabilitation and physical therapy to support Veterans and caregivers at home and in their daily tasks.

  • Register as an SME to identify and help develop requirements for robotic systems.

  • Speak to the contractor team to learn more about timing, duration, participation needs, or general study questions.
