Discovery, Education and Affiliate Networks (DEAN)
OHIL organizationally aligns under the Office of Discovery, Education and Affiliate Networks was established by the Executive in Charge on October 2018, in support of OMB Executive Order M-17-22, “Comprehensive Plan for Reforming the Federal Government an reducing the Federal Civilian Workforce”. The Office of Academic Affiliations, Office Research and Development, Office of Healthcare Innovation and Learning, and the Office of Healthcare Advancement & Partnerships were reorganized to leverage VHA’s ability achieve advancements in training, research, healthcare business delivery, and expand partnerships with local, regional, and national organizations.
